How to keep your kids safe on the internet/ Combat Human Trafficking - IRHSA meeting

Learn important information to keep your family safe.

IRHSA is very excited to be able to host Claire Ellis this Aug 27th for an informative talk about how to combat human trafficking. She will be providing priceless information on how we can keep our families safe. Please invite your family and friends as we want this information to get out to as many families as possible.

About the speaker: Claire has been a member of the Zonta Club of Melbourne for over 15 years, and served as president from 2007-2009. She has been involved in Zonta International’s fight against human trafficking from the beginning. Presently she chairs the Anti- Human Trafficking Committee and is Co-Vice Chair of the Space Coast Human Trafficking Task Force. Claire has brought awareness of human trafficking to many local groups, and has presented to hotel staff, dental hygienists, and pharmacists. She helped facilitate the three Symposia to Combat Human Trafficking sponsored by United States Congressman Bill Posey. Claire has spoken to local high schools and facilitated the first training of hospital staff in Brevard County.

Nominated for Woman of Excellence 2015.

Board member of Native Heritage Gathering, Inc., and a member of the organizing committee of Native Rhythms Festival .

B.S. Elementary Education and M.S. Exceptional Education from Indiana University.

Presently, Claire and her husband John are small business owners
