Dress Code:

Gentlemen- Suit (or dress slacks and jacket) with dress shirt and tie; no baseball hats

Ladies- Classy, elegant, and modest dresses.

Attire should reflect the formal nature of the event and uphold a standard of modesty and respect. Dresses should have modest necklines and should not be tightly form-fitting. Hemlines should be of modest length - approximately at or below mid-thigh when standing naturally. The midriff area must remain fully covered, whether standing, seated, or with arms raised. Two piece outfits are permitted only if they meet this standard.

A student will not be admitted if the adult in charge feels his or her outfit does not comply with these standards.

Code of Conduct:

To ensure a wonderful evening, everyone is expected to behave like gentlemen and ladies. Any person behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully may be asked to leave by the coordinator or a chaperone. The safety of our students is our highest priority and in today’s climate we are taking some new measures to ensure the most security, within reason. As such, we will have one or more security officers on duty to help with security, in addition to our regular chaperones.

Items NOT Permitted:

  • Outside food or drinks will not be permitted

  • Large bags and backpacks will not be permitted

  • Liquids of any kind will not be permitted

  • Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, drugs, alcohol, and other substances are not permitted

Re-entry:

These guidelines have been put in place to ensure a positive and safe experience for our young people.
